Non-bailable Warrant against Janardhana Reddy in Mining Case

Non-bailable Warrant against Janardhana Reddy in Mining Case

Bellary (Kar),Jun 26 (PTI) : A local court today issued a non-bailable warrant against Karnataka tourism minister G Janardhana Reddy in a case related to alleged illegal mining.

Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) K K Amarnath at Sandur in Bellary district ordered that Reddy, a mining magnate, be produced before the court on or before July 9.

This is the fourth non-bailable warrant issued by the JMFC since last December against Reddy on a case by another mine owner Tappal Narayana Reddy, accusing him and others of altering border markings on the Karnataka-Andhra Pradesh mining areas.

After the police registered a case in this connection, Reddy secured anticipatory bail later, but did not appear before the court when it issued a non-bailable warrant on December 30, 2009. Reddy was scheduled to appear before the court today, but he failed prompting the magistrate to issue another non-bailable warrant.

Basically most of the Indian Politicians are corrupt and it is a proven fact. Therefore Janardhana Reddy is not an exception and he is mixing Andhrah Curry very well in Karnataka.Until the downtrodden and dalits become fully literate, people of India will suffer drastically from these Monster Political Leaders.Lokayukata,RTI & Human Rights must deliver the Justice to the Indian public.

Sujith, if you are thinking that the steps taken by BJP is getting excicuted 100%, then it is good for our state. But they are just making us fool, by having recent investment meet in bangalore. Just wait and watch what your BJP does in next two years. Till date the performance is Zero. There is no power in state. People are living in Dark. Let us see how much more they push us in Dark. Good Luck to you and your BJP followers.

Where can it go other than Reddy's? If it is anyone else the state BJP govt would have acted strongly. One need not be a genius to understand that at least.

Janardhan Reddy is a curse for the BJP.No doubt he is powerful. The BJP in the interest of the party and state government reputation should send him to Andhra Pradesh to build the party's base there. He is quite capable of giving that party a good hold.

Lokanath.D, Bantwal/Iran. 50yrs congress ruling people and people were sleeping. Agreed. BUT NOBODY WANTS TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES WHAT OUR ELDERS DID, KEEP SILENT WHEN CRIME IS HAPPENING.

BJP is proving to worst of all political parties. So, no excuses, no extra time, no silence, no giving long rope. We will throw them away. Crock's tears won't stop us any more and never tolerated.

If congress or any other party, does the same - they too will face the same consequences. Mind you and join us for better India.

Ajith, Kundapur/Dubai,I was not happy with the reddy brothers just because of thier illegal mining. The reason behind that is I need BJP to have a stable & perfect administration, without any black marks. If BJP commits a single mistake, there are thousands of fingure ponting towards it.You are one among those, who dont even know the present criterias,Ideology, developement, status, motto, goal & ambitions of BJP to make karanataka a model state.you people are fit enough only for pointing out the negetives. But its of no use,and i would call it an utter crap, while the BJP govt has taken thousand new stepps for the developement, and you guys compare it against one negetive stand.Your knowledege is retricted only to the news published on daiji.Go read some more news papers or take coaching classes to know the exact status of the developement in Karnataka on date.

Sujith, by making this statement you yourself contradicing your own statement. You are supporting BJP and and you hate reddy brothers. I didnt understand, both can not go together. With your kind of mentality people only reddy brothers are looting our Karnataka. BJP is in power in Karnataka with thier support. You think BJP is in power because of their good deeds and good ideology. For that matter all political parties are power hungry, they are just there to loot our country and not for development. For example for BJP's governence in Karnataka is rightly replied by Justice Santhosh Hegde. So now tell me what kind of governence and developemnt you can expect from this government. Since last two years only we can here only news of Goonda raj people like Renukacharya/Halappa/Reddy's are our ministeres. Again we dont have any strong oposition leaders as well in our state. In this kind sysytem and governance days are not too far for our state to become another Lalu's Bihar. Our own chief minister him self is in love mania at this age. What development we can expect from this bloddy politicians. First 60 Congi's destroyed our state now its turn of BJP.

Sounds great. But Acharya can not only arrange for a bail but also throw out all cases including criminal ones. So, don't expect much from political goondas. It will take ages before people can demand justice. It begins with education. Then there won't be communal votebank. Politicians will block education of illiterate masses and advocate ignorance to rule for a longer time. But they can't be in power forever.

I support BJP.But I dont know why I strongly feel that these reddies should be made to stand in chaddis and punished. Its become a easy task for these bloody politicians to loot India and make money. When it comes to the public property, there should be no politics. Its been a tendency of the rich to loot poor and establish their kingdom.People enter politice just to make money.Would they be able to lead a lavish life with the govt's salary? And same with the students trying for govt jobs.Doing nothing and making money.I have personelly seen this kind of attitude when I was doing my Engineering.Especially people from the other parts of karnataka apart from DK.Corruption is in their blood. All are self oriented & selfish.Nobody tries for the upliftment of backward class.Sad but true.Wealth is been ruling human minds.

Rule of law is applicable to normal citizens only not to high class citizens. The reality is as per Indian law as all equal but some are "more equal". When he has the blessings and protection of the the CM and also his "Amma" from the centre he has nothing to worry about.

One more NBW does not matter to the Reddys. There are lawyers to defend them & they will get bail from higher courts. The Reddys have got judgements in their favour from high court or supreme court in the past too. This NBW does not bother them at all. Jai Ho.
