Bengaluru, Apr 26: Actress-turned-politician, Ramya Divyaspandana, who had won rave reviews for her acting talent in the Sandalwood, and had courted controversy because of her aggressive handing of the Congress social media cell besides being an MP for a term, has clarified that she nurses no ambition of returning to either politics or cinema. "I walked out of the cinema long back. That boat has travelled far away from me," she said.

Replying to questions raised in the social media on April 25, she said while conversing through her Instagram account that she is leading a normal life now. To a question about the quality of her that she dislikes, she said she despises her inability to control emotions.

About her plans of marriage, she just replied through a smiling emoji. However, she said she wants compassion, friendliness and open mindedness in the person whom she marries. She revealed she is not doing anything particularly now except playing with the puppies, doing exercises, watching movies, reading books and cleaning the house.

Ramya, who was in high demand in Kannada cinema once, admitted she has to manage tension, which she does by playing with animals, meditating and through breathing exercises. To a plea by one of her fans to return to cinema, she said she has lost interest in it. She confessed that she is not married so far and is not dating anyone at present.
