Puttur, Sep 9:The boys team of St Philomena PU college, Puttur won the runners up trophy and Muhammad Shaaz ( II SCBA ) secured the ' Best Attacker' trophy in the Pre - University taluk level volley ball tournament organized by the Karnataka Public School, Kumbra on September 8.

The physical directors Elias Pinto and Rajesh Mooliya had trained the students.

The correspondent Fr Lawrence Mascarenhas, the campus director of St Philomena Institutions, Fr Stany Pinto, principal, Fr Ashok Rayan Crasta and the staff members congratulated the following students for adding one more feather of success to the institution.
