Udupi: Nun Commits Suicide in Hostel

Udupi, May 6: A Christian nun, who was an inmate of Vincent Hostel in Sampigenagar, Udyavar near here, committed suicide on Thursday May 5 evening.

She has been identified as Sheela (40) from Trissur, Kerala. Sr Sheela had joined the hostel about five months ago. She immolated herself.

She was to undertake a journey to her native place on Thursday night. Reportedly, she suffered from certain psychological problems.
