What a explanation from medical officer? Is it a excuse for their negligence?Cant believe and same time a very sad and bad thing, leaving a dead body on floor of the ward.Didnt they had a trolly and cover it immediately after death as usual ?No respect given to humans as dead or alive I feel.Over that how come stray dogs inside hospital premises?Looks like normal proceedure?File case against hospital and close immediately.Suspend the medical officer and all those who neglected this body.Never ever should happen this.Thats our India?May his soul rest in peace.
