Bangalore, May 20 (PTI): A Kannada television actress was arrested along with four other women for allegedly manhandling a traffic constable under Basaveshwarnagar police station limits here today, police said.
The five women were nabbed after they allegedly manhandled the officer when he stopped their vehicle and questioned them for jumping a traffic signal, police sources told PTI.
Police did not disclose the name of the TV actress who was arrested, only saying a case had been registered against the five women and they would take stringent action
