Rahul Aware Bags Bronze in Asian Wrestling

Tashkent, May 20 (IANS): India's Rahul Aware won the bronze medal in the 55 kg freestyle category at the senior Asian Wrestling Championship in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, here Friday.

Aware defeated Syria's Alalli Firas 6-0 in the second repechage final to win the bronze.

Aware got into the repechage round after losing 6-13 to Kyong il Yang of North Korea in the quarterfinals.
