Hubli: Centre's Advisory to Yeddyurappa Govt Unwarranted: BJP

Hubli (Karna), May 29 (PTI) Dubbing the Centre's move to issue an advisory against the B S Yeddyurappa regime in Karnataka as "unwarranted", BJP said the UPA has not learnt lessons from its "repeated failure" to topple the state government.

"The UPA government's repeated failure over Karnataka should have dampened its belligerent spirits but it has not learnt any lesson from the public embarrassment and discomfort caused to it.

"Now the Centre has issued an advisory against the state government which is not only unsolicited and unwarranted but it also reflects its overbearing character," former BJP President Rajnath Singh said here.

He claimed that ever since the BJP has come to power in Karnataka, the Congress-led dispensation at the Centre has been trying to "dislodge" the Yeddyurappa government.

"The Centre has used its power, position and even constitutional positions like Governor to topple the state government," Singh said.

    Eversince BJP came to power, they started attacking Christians, and donating Crores of money to the temples. Yeddyurappa is only fit to be a Swamy in the temple. He has no rights to give the tax money to the temples. He can very well give from his own pockets the black money he has but not the government money. Definitely he needs the Centre's advisory to keep himself rule Karnataka according to the constitution of India. His way of thinking on Christians is absolutely wrong. Christians are the most faithful one in India. He has no business to interfere with any relegion. The BJP in Karnataka is the worst government we ever had and the worst CM too. No shame at all with his highly corrupt attitude.
