Lucknow, Jul 5: Film maker Mahest Bhatt whose film Murder 2, an erotic crime thriller, to be released on July 11 promises not to 'assault or insult one's sensitivity or sensibility' unlike Aamir Khan's Delly Belly that despite the foul language and obnoxious scenes won high critic ratings.

Bhatt with his director Mohit Suri during a promotion of the film said that though the film portrays a steamy subject that deals with prostitution, the movie is actually 'socially relevant and thought provoking'.

Defending the sexuality exuded in his productions, Bhatt said that Murder2 shows pervert personalities who pass off as respectable citizens in the society.

Mahesh Bhatt's controversial movies are often appreciated but the producer claims that people mostly choose to pay and watch only erotic films like Jism and Murder.

Emraan Hashmi, the lead role in Murder 2  wants the public to recall his work in films Once Upon A Time in Mumbai among others rather than portray him as a 'Sex-Machine'. He added that his characters are never exactly a hero or a villian rather somebody in a grey area.
