Zoom set to reveal Bollywood's hidden side

New Delhi, July 15 (IANS) "Bollywood Big Story", an upcoming show on Zoom, will feature discussions on hot issues from the world of glamour with some of the industry's who's who taking their stand.

The first episode, which will be aired this Saturday, will see a discussion about actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's pregnancy and how it has impacted Madhur Bhandarkar's ambitious film "Heroine".

The likes of Karan Johar, Mahesh Bhatt, Sushmita Sen, Ram Gopal Varma, Ashok Pandit, Bhawna Somayya and Femina's editor Tanya Chaitanya will discuss whether a pregnancy clause should be added in contracts of actresses.

"If the film is a glamorous diva film, then it's obvious that the new mother-to-be will overshadow the image of the film, so I feel it's unfortunate that they couldn't resolve the deal behind closed doors," said Bhatt, referring to the Bhadarkar-Aishwarya issue.

Actress Sushmita Sen, who has adopted two children, said: "I don't believe that what I do outside my job is anybody's business, if someone were to put a clause like that on me, I would show the door to the producer."

Neil Nitin Mukesh uses his own brand of humour, saying: "All I can say is that I am lucky that I don't have to sign any such kind of clause".
