Two Film Ticket Black-marketers Held for Boss's Murder

New Delhi, Jul 15 (IANS): Two people have been arrested for killing a 32-year old man in east Delhi after a dispute over proceeds of movie tickets they sold in black, police said Friday.

"Mukesh and Raj Kumar were arrested Thursday from Karol Bagh area," said a police officer.

Joginder, a resident of Dayalpur, was found with severe knife injuries at New Usmanpur area July 8. "He had sustained several injuries on his stomach, neck, and his hands. Later, he succumbed to injuries," said the officer.

During investigation, police found that Joginder, an auto rickshaw driver, used to sell movie tickets in black near Liberty cinema hall part-time.

A few weeks ago, there was a dispute over distribution of money earned between Joginder and his group member Mukesh. "Joginder thrashed Mukesh over this," said the officer.

Mukesh told police that he felt humiliated and plotted to kill Joginder.

"He, along with Raju and two others, stabbed Joginder," said the officer, adding that efforts to arrest the other two assailants are on.
