M’lore: Theft at Madoor House, Gold Ornaments Worth Rs 5.80 Lac Stolen

Mangalore, Jul 21: In yet another case of burglary, the thieves broke open the back door of a house at Maddor, Kotekar and took away gold ornaments worth Rs 5.80 lacs on Tuesday July 19 night.

The house belonged to Asma and Mohammed Ashraf who were asleep when the theft occurred. According to them the thieves would have entered between 12am to 5.30am.

A complaint has been filed in Ullal police station that gold ornaments of 29 sovereign has been robbed by the thieves.
