Udupi, July 24: Deputy commissioner of Udupi, Dr K Vidya Kumari has directed concerned officials to erect warning signboards and deploy police guards to caution  tourists at various spots such as river sides, sea shores and water spots to prevent accidents. She stated that precautions should be taken during the monsoon to avoid loss of lives and property.
