Puttur, Aug 4: In a press statement, C A Simon, Lokayukta SP, Karnataka Lokayukta, Mangaluru division said that public grievances will be heard and petitions will be received at Puttur taluk office on August 9.

Lokayukta Jana Samparka meeting will be held from 11 am of August 9 at Puttur taluk office. SP, DySP and police inspector of Lokayukta will be present at the meeting. Application forms under the Karnataka Lokayukta act will be distributed, which need to be filled and given by the complainants.

Public can raise complaints against government officials and employees who are delaying official work or meting out any other kind of harassment to them. Public are requested to make use of the good opportunity.

In addition to August 9 the public can raise their complaints and petitions and also contact Lokayukta through telephone.

Petitioners can fill the applications in form I and II and make an affidavit and send the same to the offices mentioned here in the publication or can send directly to Honourable registrar, Karnataka Lokayukta multi-storey building, Dr B R Ambedkar Street, Bengaluru-560001.
