Mangaluru: 99th Annual General Meeting of Karnataka Bank held

Mangaluru, Aug 29: Karnataka Bank’s 99th Annual General Meeting was held here on August 29 through video conferencing. The meeting was presided over and addressed by P Pradeep Kumar, chairman of the bank.

Srikrishnan H, managing director & CEO also addressed and responded to the queries of the shareholders.

In the meeting, the members have approved distribution of Rs 5 per share (i.e., 50 percent) as dividend for the financial year 2022-23. Seen on the occasion were Sekhar Rao, executive director, Jeevandas Narayan, independent director, top executives, legal advisor and e-voting scrutinizer of the bank.
