Mangaluru, Aug 29: The Mangalore University has conferred a doctoral degree upon Prathima Bhat B, a professor of Business Studies at Krishnapur Government Pre University College. The recognition comes in light of her thesis titled 'Education and Employability Divide in Business Education – A Study in Dakshina Kannada District of Karnataka.'
The comprehensive thesis was meticulously developed under the mentorship of Dr Subhashini Srivatsa, a professor at Mangalore University College. Dr Prathima has further substantiated her academic prowess by contributing to numerous national and international journals.
She is the daughter of Late Bantwal Nagesh Bhat and Lalita Bhat and wife of Dr Ganesh Acharya B, professor of Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal.
