Bangalore, August 10: Archbishop Bernard Moras of Bangalore Archdiocese has turned 70  and celebrated his birthday in a quiet and simple manner.

``It is like any other day for me. I continue my work and am grateful to the religious and faithful for the abundant love, blessings, greetings and support,” he said.

The Archbishop originally hails from Kuppepadavu in coastal Dakshina Kannada and had served as Director of Fr Mullers Hospital, Kankanady, Mangalore, St John’s Academy of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Bangalore and had served the Catholic Church in different capacities.
