Beltangady, Sep 4: In an accident that occurred between a car and bike, the rider of bike was killed. The incident took place at Kapinadka here.
The deceased bike rider is identified as Sudhir, a resident of Eedu village of Bantwal taluk.
The car was moving from Beltangady to Udupi and the bike was arriving to Beltangady from Aladangadi. The bike rider was thrown onto the road due to the collision.
He was rushed to the government hospital in Beltangady immediately. However, he succumbed after a while in the hospital.
