Mangaluru: One arrested over possession of MDMA narcotic

Mangaluru, Sep 9: Police arrested a youth, who was roaming around the city with the intention of selling MDMA narcotic to public and college students in the city on Thursday.

Faraz (26), a resident of Madani Nagar near Deralakatte Yenepoya hospital, is the arrested accused.

Faraz was carrying MDMA in his Alto car was moving from Konaje, Nanthoor, Kottara Chowki in order to sell the same to college students of Ashoknagara in the city.

The police waylaid his car at Eeri in Boloor village and confiscated 11.43 gram MDMA, mobile phone and digital weighing machine and other items.

A case in this connection is registered in Urwa police station.
