Mangalore: BJP Yuva Morcha Celebrates Raksha Bandhan at District Jail

Mangalore, Aug 14:
The members of the local unit of BJP Yuva Morcha celebrated Raksha Bandhan in a unique way by organising the festival for the prisoners of the district sub-jail. About 10 women tied rakhis to men prisoners.

Raghavendra Rao, president of BJP Yuva Morcha (south) said that by organising Raksha Bandhan at the jail, an effort has been made to uphold harmony and brotherhood in society irrespective of caste, creed and religion.
 
Yuva Morcha leaders Rakshith Kumar, Gangadar, Jeevan Kumar, Gurucharan, Manoj, Avinash, Natraj Alva, Chandrashekar Uchila were also present.
