Udupi: Late Ledwin & Late Charles D'Souza Memorial Bus Stand Inaugurated

Udupi, Aug 17: A bus stand in memory of the Late Ledwin D'Souza and the Late Charles D'Souza was inaugurated by Congress leader and industrialist Pramod Madhwaraj in Garadimajal, Kodavoor here on Monday August 15.

The bus stand is built by Oniel D'Souza in remembrance of his parents. Speaking on the occasion, Oniel said that it was his long time dream to make a dedication to his parents and grand-parents.

Pramod lauded Oniel's initiative to construct the bus stand for public use which was in great demand here. He said that the bus stand would be of immense help for the people of Garadimajalu.

President of Tenkanidiyoor Grama Panchayath Yathish Karkera hoisted the National Flag. Members of the gram panchayath among others were present.

Avinash Kamath compered the programme.
