Mumbai, Sep 3: Suffering from lung infection, actor Saif Ali Khan’s father and veteran cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi was hospitalized here early on Friday September 3.

According to reports, Pataudi was extremely unwell early on Friday but is now recovering.

Saif and his mother Sharmila Tagore are also in the capital.

Sources say that Pataudi is being provided with the best treatment.  It is leart that Saif has ensured that his father gets all the amenities and is in constant touch with the doctors in charge.

Confirming the news, Saif said, "Yes, I am in Delhi. My dad is in the hospital but he is stable now. He has a lung infection."

Sources also say that Kareena is expected to visit her father-in-law to be.  A source said, "She is currently tied up in a shoot for Saif's home production Agent Vinod in Filmistan Studio (Goregaon). But the entire time when she wasn't shooting, she was constantly on the phone with Saif enquiring about Pataudi's health."
