Labor Transport saw a gradual improvement even in Dubai and later UAE from 1990s to 2010... Laborers were transported in truck backs even during hot summer days without AC... There was no midday break also when we worked for prestigious projects like Burj Al Arab... But now they are all transported in AC cool buses... Anything takes time to develop... Gradually improvement will come even here...

Dear Sir, You said gradually we will be there. Our country is more than 70 years old, when will "gradually" come ? Many counties in middle east are less than 50 years old, but they have improved the living conditions of people a lot sooner. Personally, I don't feel "gradually" will come anytime soon to India. People who left the country are lucky others are doomed to suffer eternity.

Labour special buses must start by the builders their work, or Government must start transportation systems for Government works. Just like school buses.
