Putting rumblers or humps is uncivilised method. When RTA thinks that the indicators blinking are decorative lights, ordinary people who got driving license by l;payment do not know about it. Whom to blame in this third world country?

Driving Riding and even walking in Mangalore is a nightmare. Maniac bus drivers, fwtgued long distance heavy vehicle drivers, rash overloaded two wheeler riders and arrogant car drivers are responsible for deaths. RIP ,Shekarappa. The Traffic system and the driving system is very poor in Mangalore city day by day. I think there's no series punishment to the offenders. MCC must put rumbling system in all circles without any pressure from political leaders. Then only 90% over speeding the vehicles can be controlled.
