Puttur, May 20: Inaugural ceremony of physics lab was held at St Philomena PU college, on May 17. Fr Antony Michael Shera, secretary, catholic board of education inaugurated the physics lab and the college office by spraying holy water and blessed everyone.
The correspondent, Fr Lawrence Mascarenhas, Mai De Deus educational institutions, Fr Stany Pinto, campus director, St Philomena Institutions, Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, principal, St Philomena college, Jerald D’Costa, vice president, Mai De Deus Church and Fr Roopesh Tauro, warden, men's hostel were present on the occasion.
Fr Ashok Rayan Crasta, principal, St Philomena PU college, welcomed the gathering. Sumana K, Dept of Kannada sang the prayer song. Suma D, department of English compered the programme.
