Kasargod, Nov 19: In an incident that came to light this morning, miscreants set 3 shops ablaze at Chowki Badar here.
A petty shop belonging to one Mohammed Shafi, the grocery shop of Sameer and the poultry form of Abdul Khader was gutted.
Consequently, the petty shop is completely and part of other two shops is burnt. As per the report, there are no clues of the miscreants being traced yet. The case is filed, Bijulal, the city police sub inspector and the team have started the enquiry.
Prior to this incident, such acts were reported many a time by the people. Houses, Shops and vehicles were fired by the miscreants. The case has been registered couple of times by the people. The repeated incident have frightened the people of the place.
