I agree with the comments of KRPrabhu, Mangalore. The police should book the case against the owner of the bike for allowing the minor boy to ride the vehicle and Insurance Company are not liable to any pay any compensation to the deceased. In fact, the owner of the bike should be directed to pay compensation to the Jeep owner for the damages and for other agony caused by this minor boy's driving.
Then only the vehicle owners who allow minor children to drive their vehicle and irresponsible parents will understand the gravity of the matter. Will the Police Department take note of this?

KR Prabhu: The article says Isaac was a pillion rider, and so, surely it is not the parent`s fault. All the same, it is very sad a young life is lost and the reckless driving by the Jeep Driver should be condemned and severely dealt with.
