Bhatkal, Nov 26: Labbaik Nawaith association organized a workshop on ‘Proper utilization of computer and internet’ here at Masjid-e-Siddique on Friday November 25.
Maulana Abdul Mateen Muniri in his address discussed briefly about proper utilization of computer, internet and Google.
He further urged youth to use Nimbuzz, Facebook, Twitter and other online platforms thoughtfully. He advised parents to place computer in the open places like sitting room in the house.
Documentaries produced on Bhatkal were shown, old video shot around 30 years back were screened.
Abdul Ahad compered and Altaf Kharoori proposed vote of thanks.
Imam of Masjid-e-Siddique and teacher of Jamia Islamia, Bhatkal Maulana Afzal Shahbandari and Maulana Aziz-ur-Rahman also present on stage.
Shabina Maktab, the newly built hall at Masjid-e-Siddique received huge crowd for the event.
