Bhatkal: Married Woman Commits Suicide, Harassment Alleged

Bhatkal, Nov 27: In a tragic incident, a married woman committed suicide by hanging herself from a tree near here on Saturday November 26.

The deceased has been identified as Pushpa Rama Moger (35). The incident took place in Murdeshwar.

Sources said that Pushpa was allegedly being harassed by her husband, which led her to take this extreme step.

Murdeshwar police have registered a case in this regard.
