Udupi, Jan 16: Rajesh Shetty Birti has been unanimously elected as the new president of the Brahmavar Vyavasaya Seva Sahakari Sangha.

In the recently concluded elections, BJP-supported candidates achieved an unprecedented victory by winning all positions.

Rajesh Shetty Birti has been chosen as the new president of the governing council, with Ganesh Shetty Handadi elected as the vice president, both unanimously.

Rajesh Shetty is a active BJP partyman with a large number of root level support in Brahmavar and surrounding areas.

The oath-taking ceremony for the newly elected members will be held on January 16, at 4:00pm.
