'Honesty' is by default in our Indian culture. People like Nigel 'confirm' that by their actions. So in the report, there is no need of writing 'instead of keeping it' .

In kudla such honesty’s is still alive God bless Nigel for returning the moneys and helping the owner person. It is big amount and easily tempts the finder to spend it on luxury’s . In Karnataka due to sincere honest govt of congress being elected people’s also feel honest and day to day life lot of honesty is there unlike other states. Pro poor govt giving lots of benefit like free bus ride and so much free electricity so many time middles classes feel no need to do corruptions that’s why crime rates like robberies scams etc less here only other type crimes like molestations etc is happening. That also over time is coming down we hope if govt continues to provides free . Kudu to Nigel , bravo brother for your honesty

Our karnataka Christian peepuls are Honesty in jeans , very proud for secularism of the commodity. 1.5 laksha is big amount Nigel could have spent this on luxury items or other kind of 'items' that I would have spent on despite my chancre or if too painful in massage parlor. Kudos to Nigel
