Manama, Mar 26: The Kannada Sangha Bahrain (KSB) successfully hosted its annual Iftar Get-Together on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the Kannada Bhavana Auditorium, marking an evening of unity, reflection, and community spirit. Over 200 members and esteemed guests gathered to share in the blessings of Ramadan.









The event commenced at 5:00 PM with a warm welcome as KSB president Amarnath Rai and vice president Mahesh Kumar escorted the distinguished guests, including Indian Ambassador to Bahrain H E Vinod K Jacob, along with guests of honor:

A special gesture of appreciation—a flower bouquet—was presented to Rahamatullah, president of the Saudi Tamil Cultural Center, fostering inter-community harmony.
Guest of honor Yusuf Lori delivered an insightful speech, emphasizing the importance of unity and shared values during the holy month of Ramadan.
Following this, Abdul Majeed Batrudeen was honored for his significant contributions to the community.
A short prayer break at 5:45 PM allowed attendees to observe their religious obligations before the keynote session.
The keynote session featured an impactful speech by guest speaker Shahid Chaudary, who spoke about the spirit of Ramadan. Guest of honor Abdul Majeed Batrudeen also shared his insights on community development and cultural preservation.
The evening concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing appreciation to all participants, sponsors, and organizers. Attendees then proceeded to enjoy a delicious Iftar and dinner, fostering camaraderie and strengthening community bonds.
