Mumbai, Feb 20: It was last heard that our Bollywood beauty actress Deepika Padukone would go to any extremes to act with superstar from the South actor Rajnikanth. Gossip went around that it was the same reason why Deepika dumped Race 2 and went to the South. But what we now get to hear is that when Deepika was supposed to get tanned for Rajini's Kochadaiyaan, the latter did not give her consent. Co-producer of the film said that there is no question of Deepika getting the tan.

It is learnt that the movie's shooting is to start from mid March. The co-producer also revealed that since Deepika came down to Chennai for a look ad texture test, people misunderstood it.

There was a row between Deepika and Taurani after she quit on Race 2 just six days before the shoot. Definitely there was no way Taurani would let her get away with that. He had slapped a legal notice on the pretty actress following which she decided to return to the movie.
