Mumbai, May 6: The upcoming streaming film System, featuring Sonakshi Sinha and Jyotika, is slated to premiere on Prime Video on May 22, 2026.

Positioned as a gripping legal drama, the film centres on the evolving partnership between Neha Rajvansh, a privileged public prosecutor played by Sinha, and Sarika Rawat, a courtroom stenographer from a modest background portrayed by Jyotika. Despite their contrasting worlds, the two join forces in pursuit of justice, uncovering hidden truths that challenge the system and their own beliefs.

Produced by Harman Baweja under Baweja Studios, the film also features Ashutosh Gowariker alongside a supporting cast including Preeti Agarwal, Adinath Kothare, Aashriya Mishra, Gaurav Pandey, and Sayandeep Gupta.

Director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari helms the project, with producers Pammi Baweja, Harman Baweja, and Smitha Baliga backing the film. The team describes System as a story that blends emotional depth with a strong social message, focusing on themes of ambition, ethics, and justice.

Nikhil Madhok, Head of Originals at Prime Video India, highlighted the film’s potential to engage audiences globally, citing its compelling narrative and strong performances.

With its mix of courtroom drama and character-driven storytelling, System aims to offer a thought-provoking viewing experience when it debuts later this month.
