What is happening in this state? We hear every time of bus-bike, lorry-bike, bus-bus, bus-lorry-bike-pedestrian and I do not know what to name it but after all it is an accident. I do not know whom to blame it. Is it the drivers or the vehicles or the pedestrian? In my opinion it is rash driving and speeding by the drivers but not the riders. From the picture what I saw I feel the the driver of the car hit the scooter and was thrown to th side walk. I wish Suhail and Zeenath a speedy recovery. Maybe it was a drunk driving. The police department of Kaup has to investigate the case and give full justice .
