Hyderabad, Oct 24: Actor Prabhas celebrated his 47th birthday on Friday with exciting updates from two of his upcoming films, Fauzi and Kalki 2898 AD 2.

The makers of Fauzi unveiled a teaser introducing Prabhas as a fearless soldier who takes on British rule in India. Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, the historical drama is scheduled to hit theatres on March 19, 2027.

The teaser opens with a conversation in Berlin involving Adolf Hitler and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, referring to British oppression in India. It then introduces Prabhas as a lone warrior ready to challenge the British Empire.

The teaser received enthusiastic reactions from fans on social media, with many praising the actor's appearance and expressing excitement about his role. Some viewers also drew comparisons with Baahubali, anticipating another memorable performance from the star.

Meanwhile, the makers of Kalki 2898 AD 2 marked the occasion by releasing a special behind-the-scenes video featuring Prabhas back on the sets of the science-fiction sequel.

The footage shows the actor preparing to reprise his role as Bhairava, with director Nag Ashwin guiding him through a scene. The video offers a glimpse of the film's production without revealing major details about its storyline.

While Fauzi has been scheduled for release on March 19, 2027, the makers have not announced a release date for Kalki 2898 AD 2.
