Mangalore: CSI Peter Memorial Church Bids Farewell to RS Jathanna

A farewell programme for the duo pastors was held by the members of CSI Peter Memorial Church, Vamanjoor, here on Sunday June 10.

R S Jathanna served the church as a governor for as many as nine years. He is now transferred to Christ Temple of Manipura, Udupi.

Dr Ivaleen Amanna, new pastor took over the governor post. People welcomed him with utmost joy. He earlier served as warden in CSI girl’s ashram.
 
Gulzar Banu, mayor, Mangalore City Corporation felicitated each of the governors on behalf of the church.
 
Samuel Jathanna, pastor of Hebic Memorial Church, Gorigudda was the chief guest of the ceremony.

Meera Ashok and Gretta Rebello, corporators were also present during the programme.

Alfred Josi Amanna and Sudakar Saons welcomed.
