Mangalore: Bad Weather - Air India Flight from Dubai Diverted to Kochi

Mangalore, Jun 18: Passengers on the Air India Express Dubai - Mangalore flight on Saturday June 16 night had to face some inconvenience as the flight was diverted to Kochi due to inclement weather conditions.

The flight was to land in Mangalore on Sunday morning, but could not do so due to persistant rain.

Initially, the flight was diverted to Kozhikode, but due to heavy rains there too, it was once again diverted to Kochi.

The passengers had to wait a day and a night in Kochi, before being ferried to Mangalore on Monday June 18 morning by Air India.
