Mangalore, Jun 20: Pandeshwar police on Wednesday June 20 arrested another accused in Rahim Uchil attempt-to-murder case.
The arrested is Abdul Salim (32), a resident of Bengre.
State Beary Sahitya Academy president Rahim Uchil was attacked on March 15 this year by a group of miscreants in his office.
Though three months have passed, this is only the second arrest in the case. The first arrest was that of Umar Farooq, a week after the incident.
Salim has been remanded in 15-day judicial custody.
