Mangalore: Konkani Sahitya Academy to Felicitate SSLC Exams Toppers

Mangalore, Jun 22: Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy will be organizing a felicitation programme to honour the toppers of Konkani students for the first time ever in the recently held SSLC examinations at the Academy’s cultural centre located at Mangalore City Corporation building, here at 3.00 pm on Saturday June 23.
The legislative assembly deputy speaker N Yogish Bhat will felicitate the toppers at the occasion.
The Academy president Kasargod Chinna will preside the programme.
Udayavani, Kannada daily city bureau chief Manohar Prasad will be the chief guest of the occasion.
Raknno, Konkani weekly editor Fr Francis Rodrigues and Deivajna Brahmana Sangh president Rajendrakanta Shet will also be attending the programme.
