Levine's 'Valuable' Drug Experiments

London, Jul 4 (IANS): Singer Adam Levine says his experiments with magic mushroom helped him to understand himself better, but advises others to stay away from it.

"I definitely believe that the experience I had on mushrooms made me understand certain things about myself that I probably wouldn't have otherwise," Levine told Q magazine.

"What I took away from that experience was valuable and beneficial to me. It really forced me to look at myself," he said.

However, Levine said he is in no way saying that taking drugs is a good thing, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"It's hard for me, as someone who does speak publicly about things, I'm not saying, you should do drugs. I hope that's clear," the 33-year-old singer said.
