Mangalore, Dec 5: The district jail here once again witnessed a group fight between inmates on Wednesday December 4, resulting in injuries to three including two jail personnel.

The fight broke out between Ilyas from Ullal, accused in a kidnap case, and Mohammed Azhar, who was allegedly involved in the recent attempt to murder incident near the court premises at Kodialbail.

It is said that Azhar is an aide of underworld don Rashid Malabari and Ilyas is an aide of criminal Madoor Isubu.

Sources said that the fight erupted when Ilyas asked Azhar about the attempt to murder incident near the court premises for which he was arrested.

As soon as the two groups began to fight, jail officials and personnel rushed to intervene and separated the groups and put them in different rooms.

During the fight, Ilyas was hurt after he dashed against the carrom board. He was taken to Wenlock hospital.

Also, two jail personnel sustained minor injuries, sources said.

Barke police arrived at the jail and took appropriate action.

Judges should the work efficiently and very fast, else there will be fights. Give them hard work to break stones, many places there are no proper roads, no jalli kallu. So give them enough job at 10-12 hours. No work, cannot sleep so they fight. How many ropes they are making per day? Let them also make batti for mud or gobbara purpose.

    Fight in Jail!
And then fight in streets, elections, and in Sports and games also!
As rightly said by Wilfred, the fight is for survival of criminals!
However, due to greed and compromise of principles, fight has become a necessity in Politics also!

Jail personnel should not intervene while inmates fighting. They are criminals anyway, let them fight & kill each other. Why to bother?
