We have to really congratulate J.R.Lobo because, without scope for broad road fire clearance would not be granted and without fire clearance, building cannot be occupied. Such a huge grant made it possible for inauguration of court building. Courts were functioning at different places in small rooms causing inconvenience to the general public. Entire legal fraternity is grateful to J.R.Lobo
