Mumbai, Feb 26: Rajapura Saraswath Sangh, Mumbai held their annual Rajapura Saraswath Festival recently at G S B hall at Sion.

Prabhakar D Borkar presided over the programme.  P Vasudev from America who has served in various social spheres, P Sanjeva Nayak, Udupi, trustee Pundalik Nayak Pali, Vikram S Patkar Malad and Vandana V Nayak were felicitated.

Unity will strengthen the society.  The development of communities is possible only with the respective societies.  The Kodangale community will command respect in the society when they get respect from their own community, said Borkar, president of the programme.

Students who have excelled in SSC and HSC exam and senior citizens of the community were felicitated on the occasion.

Women's wing of the community and youth members presented variety entertainment programmes.  Pooja Kamath, secretary of the sangha, compered the programme and proposed vote of thanks.
