Mangalore : 40 Congress workers join Aam Aadmi Party

Media Release

Mangalore, Apr 2 : AAM AADMI Party Dakshina Kannada welcomed leaders who represent about 40 workers of Congress party from K.C.Road, Mangalore on Wednesday, April 2 at an informal function that was arranged at the party office in Mangalore.

People who were earlier associated with Congress party said that “People of Dakshina Kannada now have a credible alternative in the Aam Aadmi Party. Kejriwal is the only person who is fighting Modi. He has exposed the scams supported by the Modi government.

Aam Aadmi Party has fielded candidates with clean backgrounds to fight against corrupt political parties.  It is not possible for the Congress to counter Modi because of corruption within the party itself. People of Dakshina Kannada never had an option of voting for a clean party in the past elections. We were forced to support the Congress in the past because it was the only alternative to the BJP. Now onwards, we will only support the Aam Aadmi Party”

You are right Sampath, we should move forward, forgetting all bitter experiences, but Modi never expressed any regrets over Gujrat riots during his tenure. Fear factor playing the main role here, he must remove that fear from Muslim minds.Secondly, there is no guarantee that BJP will give corruption free Govt., after having the worst experience in Karnataka we cannot expect any better.

AAP is the B-team of Congress and they were working for Rahul Gandhi. Delhi has had some very unique experiences in recent times because of the unity of the Congress A-Team and B-Team, which united to form the Government. Thereafter, the B Team resigned and ran to help the Congress in the national elections, and returned the governance of Delhi back to the Congress via the stratagem of President’s rule, which means rule by the Lt Governor who is a Congress appointee.

What prompts me to reiterate the fact about Aam Aadmi Party being the ‘B’ team of the Congress is the rather amusing news story about the AAP candidate contesting against Salman Khurshid of the Congress from Farukhabad withdrawing his nomination. He is not the only one to do so. Three other AAP candidates have withdrawn from the race, including the party’s nominee contesting against Sachin Pilot.

Congress did a similar thing in Andhra Pradesh in 2009 using Praja Rajyam of Chiranjeevi. They want to repeat similar strategy in 2014 with AAP of Arvind Kejriwal.

Just because a candidate withdrew his/her nomination does not make the AAP a supporter of the Congress. AAP took upon the Herculean task of contesting all Lok Sabha seats.

Will the Congress and BJP withdraw questionable candidates?

AAP is a young party that has shaken up the system and is already having a positive effect. The BJP and Congress are two brothers fighting over a pie and taking the country for a ride. If you want to stay with the old, stay with the old. If you want change, vote for change.

The only way you can experiment is to vote for AAP which is a nascent party whose principles and ideals are rooted to fight against corruption of BJP, Congress et al.All the existing parties proved that they want power to loot the country and the people, and to have a merry time persecuting the weak and the gullible.

40 for AK49. You have set a good example for many Tulu Nadu brave children to join AAP. The courage, honesty and spirit of AAP is mesmerizing to all communities because the ethos of AAP are common to Hindus, Muslims, Catholics and Jains. It is a party of Bhichara (Brotherhood). Jai Tulu Nadu!!!
