What an example or relation between tall buildings and earth quakes.

Then why earthquakes take place in Afganistan, Pakistan and other places of the world, where there no tall buildings.

Just for knowledge/information read the following:-

'Iran is one of the most seismically active countries in the world, being crossed by several major fault line that cover at least 90% of the country. As a result, earthquakes in Iran occur often and are destructive'

Mr. Oswald, what ever may the technology, it can tell the past correctly and future is ???????????? example: heavy rain forecast all over coastal Karnataka, but rain falls that day at interior parts of Karnataka. Certain cases we should not depend on technology but face it as every one were facing all these years.
