Sullia, Feb 20: A young woman, who had gone missing from her uncle's house near Mandekolu here a week ago, has now been found married to her lover at Sidhapur.

Poornima, daughter of Chennappa Gowda of Devaragunda near Mandekolu here had gone to her uncle's house at Ivarnadu a week ago.  After staying there for a couple of days, she had started back to her house.  But she never returned home.  Though her family members tried to locate her, they could not.

Thereafter they filed a case with Sullia police.  It was the police who got the information that she was in Madikeri with her lover Shashikumar who is a resident of Ajjavara.  Accordingly the police with the help of Madikeri police traced them working in a coffee estate at Sidhapur.  Police brought the couple to Sullia.

However they said that they were in love for sometime and that they had married in a temple.  They also said that they have decided to live together for the rest of their life.  Having taken this in written, the police allowed them to live together away from their families.
