Mangalore, May 1: May Day was observed by organizing a convention of Panchayat Employees at NGO Hall here on Tuesday May 1.
The convention was organized by the district committee of State Gram Panchayat Employees' Association.
P Shivashankar, joint secretary of Zilla Panchayat graced the occasion as chief guest. Yashwant Maroli presided over the programme.
Office-bearers of the association, Kolnad Jayaram Master, Balakrishna, K Yadav Shetty and others were present on the dais.
