Coimbatore, Sep 6 (IANS): The third round of the JK Tyre Racing Championship has been postponed from October 2-4 to October 16-18.
"A week prior to the third round we were supposed to have (the event), some other manufacturer has some event at the Buddh International Circuit (BIC) in Greater Noida, which will host Round 3. So we had to postpone our event," JK Tyres head of motorsport Sanjay Sharma told IANS here on Sunday.
The first two rounds of the championship were held at the Kari Motor Speedway here while the last two rounds will be held at the BIC. The championship will culminate on November 29 at the BIC.
There are three different categories of racing in the championship -- Formula LGB 4, Volkswagen Vento Cup and JK Racing India Series.
