Khali takes revenge, comes out of injury to win in Dehradun


Dehradun, Feb 29, (PTI) : Former WWE wrestler Dalip Singh Rana, known as 'The Great Khali', who was admitted in a hospital four days ago after sustaining "serious" head injuries, bounced back in style to beat three foreigners here.

Khali, 43, trounced three foreign wrestlers -- Brody Steel, Mike Knox and Apollo Leon -- here last night during the second show of 'The Great Khali Returns Series'.

On Wednesday night, Khali suffered head and chest injuries during the opening show of the Continental Wrestling Entertainment at Haldwani and was subsequently airlifted the next morning to a speciality hospital in Dehradun.
